Processing & Shipping

Every Stille Strøm product is handcrafted in small batches. While we keep a selection of our products ready to ship, some orders may be freshly prepared after purchase.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and packaged before shipping. Many orders will ship sooner depending on availability.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer shipping to select Canadian provinces at the following flat rates:

• Ontario: $15 CAD

• Other eligible Canadian provinces: $22 CAD

• Free Shipping: Available on orders of $125 CAD or more before taxes, to all eligible shipping destinations.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order subtotal.

We currently ship to British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days from the date of purchase, including order preparation and shipping.

As our products are handcrafted in small batches, delivery times may vary depending on product availability, your location, the shipping carrier, and seasonal shipping volumes.

We select a suitable shipping carrier based on your destination and package requirements. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Free Local Delivery & Pickup Arrangements

We offer complimentary local delivery arrangements for eligible customers in the Huntsville and surrounding area.

Once your order is ready, we'll contact you by email to coordinate a convenient public meeting location and pickup time.

Local drop-off may also be available at our discretion.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order preparation before arranging collection.

Local delivery availability is determined by your address at checkout.
